Everyone in Toronto ready for round 2 of Slash?! The rock star icon has announced that he (along with his touring band) will be returning to the Phoenix Nightclub (410 Sherbourne Street, Toronto, ON) on Friday, March 23rd, 2012 for a kick ass night!
Tickets are $45.25 and can be purchased on Ticketmaster (starting January 16th, 2012 @ 10am). The event is 19+ (ID will be required ).
Doors for the event are at 8:00pm.
Along with minor tour dates, Slash is currently working on his sophomore solo album. The as yet untitled effort is expected to be released in April. Thus far, three song titles have been leaked: ‘Halo’, ‘Standing In The Sun’ and ‘Bad Rain’. Currently, Slash' team consists of vocalist Myles Kennedy (ALTER BRIDGE), bassist Todd Kerns (SIN CITY SINNERS), drummer Brent Fitz (ex-ALICE COOPER) and guitarist Bobby Schneck.
And on a side note... If you haven't done so already, you should pick up a copy of Slash's latest effort, "Made In Stoke: 24/7/11", featuring hits from Velvet Revolver, GnR as well as many solo songs.
