So Soundgarden have been really whoring themselves out since the new album dropped. I don't blame them though. They have 'been away for too long' (eh? eh?) and need to get themselves out there again and push that new album if they want to start selling out arenas like they were when they dropped off the scene in the late 90's.
So if you saw my earlier posts, I have been all over this album (and even started learning the guitar licks for a few of the tracks). The album is solid and a great comeback for the four piece. Nothing too intricate but also cannot forget Kim Thayil's ability to pull a killer solo out of this catalog whenever he gets the chance. This album is laced with these types of solos and encourage you all to give it a spin if you haven't done so already.
So, as you can see from the video below, Soundgarden made a stop at Jimmy Kimmel's late night show on Monday night (Nov. 26th) and played a few songs for some very eager fans. Video was captured for the tracks "By Crooked Steps" and "Been Away For Too Long"...
