Rolling Stone Magazine Cover Winners - The Sheepdogs

Saskatoon rockers "The Sheepdogs" have rose from the flat plains of Saskatchewan to become Rolling Stone Magazine's "Choose The Winner" contest for the month of August.  This is the first time that RSM has featured an unsigned band on their magazine cover.

"We were in New York and went to a bar and had some drinks with the Rolling Stone people and just grabbed anyone we could find and laughed and talked and then we went to a bar next to our hotel and things get a little fuzzy. I think we ended up at a bar in Harlem, but I’m still trying to piece the night together." - Ewan Currie

The Sheepdogs have also released an official video (courtesy of SXSW) for their single 'I Don't Know':

The boys will be making some stops in Toronto on August 7th for the Toronto Beer Festival with The Trews.
