So by now I'm sure you have all heard about the new Three Days Grace album coming to a store near you. If you haven't, then check out the snippet below for a preview of what is to come for the group. The video features some interview footage and a preview of the track "Chalk Outline":
Now being a guy from Toronto and always a fan of home grown music, I always have to give it these guys. Yes, I see a constant amount of trolling on their websites and yes, they are not the heaviest band or the fastest by any means. Their intention is to make good music and with a 5.5+ million fanbase on Facebook alone, its safe to say they must be doing something right. Their previous albums "One-X" and "Life Starts Now" brought them international notoriety and now is a household name pretty much across the globe. I think my fondest memory of 3DG would have to be seeing lead vocalist Adam Gontier lending his pipes during an Apocalyptica show at the Phoenix Nightclub a few years ago (April 30th, 2008). He was invited on stage and performed both "I Don't Care" and "I'm Not Jesus". As for the band performing as a whole, I've seen them in my home town of Chatham-Kent, London, Toronto, and a few other random spots. So I like to think I've gotten my taste of what their live show is like.

"We went for a tighter, more articulated sound on this record. The music we were writing was a little more intricate than in the past, and we've been experimenting with new instruments. We wanted to present these new ideas concisely without going over-the-top in ambiance and overall production." -Neil Sanderson
