So I have talked about this interesting lady in the past and sure enough she is bringing more people along for the ride as Emilie Autumn announces her 2013 North American tour. The new addition to the tour is Toronto's own The Birthday Massacre!
"Toronto - you are the only Canadian city to see the amazing co-headline tour of Emilie Autumn and The Birthday Massacre! Come and be part of this first ever co-headline tour at Opera House on November 29. Tickets on sale now!!" -Emile Autumn
This is one artist I have promoted time and time again for her singing, songwriting, acting, violin work, and poetry to top it off. Not a bad combination if I do say so myself along with the eccentric and stunning ensembles that she creates for her shows. Check out her videos and photos on the link below for a more detailed description of Emilie's work.

So there will be three parts of the North American tour. First will be the continuation of the "Fight Like A Girl World Tour", followed by the co-headling tour alongside Toronto's The Birthday Massacre, and finishing off with a stint of solo dates for Emilie. As you saw from above, Toronto will be the ONLY Canadian stop on the tour and for $23, that's not a bad deal for two bands doing twice the amount of work than the average rock band and charging 1/2 the price.

10/24 - Pomona, CA @ Los Angeles County Fairplex (Rob Zombie’s Great American Nightmare)
10/25 - Las Vegas, NV @ Hard Rock Cafe

"We are tickled pink to announce a short, co-headlining tour of the North East with Emilie Autumn! We're excited to FINALLY be playing shows together. Sorry it's so few. Both acts will have VIP packages available...We'll pass that info along to you as soon as we get it." -TBM

The Birthday Massacre may come as a surprise to some and may even prompt the question of "who are they?" Well before you cross them off your radar entirely, you should know that popular blogging site Blog TO has rated The Birthday Massacre as one of "The 25 most famous Toronto bands", which also featured artists such as Billy Talent, Death From Above 1979, Metric, Deadmau5, Rush, and more. Not a bad list to qualify for. The Birthday Massacre will be touring in support of their latest release "Hide and Seek", which was released on October 9th, 2012.
So get your tickets, enjoy the show and be sure to send AFGM any photos and video you capture during the event. Cheers!
