Deftones Kick Off North American Tour Tonight!

So The North American Koi No Yokan tour kicks off tonight in none other than TORONTO!

So I was quite excited to hear that Periphery was going to be opening for the Deftones on the Koi No Yokan Canadian tour.  But as it turns out, the guys double booked themselves over in Australia (even though Ticketmaster still has them confirmed for tonight's show.  IDK, I tried to call TM and explain the details but to no such luck.  However, this will not affect my evening, as The Contortionist are picking up the slack (which I have NO IDEA what they will be playing either).  Both bands on the bill easily are worth the $45 for the ticket.  Hell, I even went to the extent of figuring out the set lists for these bands so I know when to take my piss and bar breaks (haha).

AFGM: Deftones - Koi No Yokan

So for the headliners of the evening, the legendary Deftones will (potentially) be throwing out 20+ songs tonight.  Now, this set was taken from their Feb. 26th show on their European tour of Koi No Yokan and looks to be about right for a decent evening of melody, ambiance and of course the down tuning of Stephen Carpenter and his signature ESP seven strings (along with LTD 6 strings too).  Some songs may be subject to change of course, but this is as close as you're gonna get till the actual show.  Side note, these guys better not f**k around and play the ever loving "Around The Fur".  Ahhh well, wishful thinking.
