Metsälle

There's always something to dance and drink about when listening to Korpiklaani.  The Finnish folk metal group has recently put the final touches on their upcoming album and since have released a single from the forth coming album, "Kunnia", which is scheduled for an August release via Nuclear Blast Records.  You can check out the first single ("Metsälle") below:



When asked about the story and/or direction behind the new single, Korpiklaani replied that it "is about the hunt on Hiisi's magical moose in the Northland. He (Lemminkäinen) puts on his charmed ski's and takes off for a prolonged hunt through forests and meadows, marshlands and woodlands, rapids and rivers. This song describes part of the Kalevala story, the national epic of Finland."
