The NEW Myspace

So I remember when my first few bands were starting out we were all about our hits and downloads on Myspace.  It was the cool new thing to do and the opening of what we now consider social media for the arts.  Music has evolved soooooo much since in inception of Napster, Myspace, etc./

So for those that have been reading, Justin Timberlake has put a lot at stake to give Myspace a new, fresh look to the site and bring back some much needed activity on the site.  AFGM is fully behind this new look and already has created an account with the NEW Myspace.

Here is a screen shot of what your profile will look like for those that choose to sign up or sign into their old accounts.

Now I am not 100% sure what this site is capable of and what makes it unique, but you can bet your ass for the next few days I will be examining it, adding songs, video, links, photos and more to it.  I have connected with a few artists so far and seems to be working out quite well.  I have also started to build a general playlist for people who visit AFGM.  This is basically going to act as AFGM radio.

Hopefully this will help fans and enthusiasts discover and listen to bands they may not know about.  Either way, it's all about education and sharing people!
