The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, Already?

Well its not too often you see musicians drop their alcohol and drug addictions to sing about good cheer and love to everyone.  Stone Temple Pilot's Scott Weiland has decided to bless our ears with his rendition of Christmas standards.  The track listing will be interesting nonetheless, but with the raspy voice of Scott and the years of vocal experience, the man is looking like the next Tony Bennett (minus the fedora haha).

The album is set to be released October 24th (MP3 only for now) via Softdrive Records (Under Exclusive License to Rhino Entertainment, A Warner Music Group Company).  The track listing for the album is as follows:

1. The Christmas Song
2. I'll Be Home For Christmas
3. White Christmas
4. Silent Night
5. It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year
6. What Child Is This?
7. Winter Wonderland
8. Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas
9. Happy Christmas And Many More
10. O Holy Night

You can head over to Amazon to sample the album before purchase.  For now, here is a clip of Scott playing one of his tunes on Leno.  Cheers!
